Eddie Morales represents the largest district in Texas, spanning from Eagle Pass to El Paso - representing 11 counties in the Texas House. House District 74 is the most competitive seat in Texas.


Now, Eddie is running for re-election to continue delivering results for our border and rural communities. He helped secure $8.5 billion in funding for our public schools and delivered pay raises for our teachers; historic investments in new water supply; property tax relief to keep more money in the pockets of Texans; and will always fight for the freedom of Texans.


For two legislative sessions, Eddie has served as the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Energy Resources, fighting to keep our grid reliable and supporting House District 74's robust energy market — creating jobs and supporting local economies.


Now more than ever, our rights and freedoms are under attack by extreme rhetoric and policy fights. As one of the most effective Democrats in the Texas House, Eddie is more than just a vote in Austin — he brings results for House District 74 and will always be a voice for all.
