Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Dr. Jasmine Clark Science Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All contributions received shall be divided with 90% to Jasmine Clark for Georgia and 10% to 314 Action Fund. However, to the extent that the 10% allocation to 314 Action Fund would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to 314 Action Fund’s hard dollar account, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the non-contribution account of 314 Action Fund.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting fec@314action.org. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
