Retired Army nurse, Dr. Kathy Dolter has announced her candidacy for Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District.
Dr. Dolter served 23 years in the Army Nurse Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Dolter was stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Germany. Her military awards include the Legion of Merit and the Meritorious Service Medal with 2 clusters.
