Nearly 160 million Americans have their rights protected by Democratic majorities. States are fighting back against a national MAGA agenda by addressing climate change, passing common sense gun regulations, investing in education and affordable housing, and making progress on practical policies that improve people’s daily lives.As we look to 2025 and beyond, we must support down-ballot Democrats to strengthen the Democratic firewall in the states and ensure we’re on the strongest trajectory possible for redistricting in 2030. In 2030, redistricting will shape what the next decade of governing power looks like and along with the overall resulting direction of our country. We know Republicans are building to cement their brand of extremism for a generation not only in our statehouses, but for the U.S. House of Representatives as well.
