State Rep. Denise Garner has represented the Fayetteville community in the Arkansas House since 2018. On the House Education Committee, Rep. Garner has been a steadfast advocate for greater investment in our community's public schools and in early childhood education options.
As a former nurse, Rep. Garner is committed to a healthier state, improved maternal and infant health outcomes, and expanded access to care across rural Arkansas. As the founder of a non-profit that addresses food insecurity in NWA, Rep. Garner is committed to ensuring no child in Arkansas goes to sleep hungry.
Rep. Garner wants to tackle the housing affordability crisis in District 30 head-on. She knows the importance of ensuring seniors aren't dislocated and of achieving greater student housing availability. She is committed to increasing housing supply of all kinds by cutting red tap and ensuring cities have the resources they need to invest in pro-housing infrastructure that doesn't degrade our community's beautiful natural environment.
