Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to DelBene Democratic Majority Fund before the 2026 primary will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to DelBene for Congress and will be considered designated for the Primary election of 2026; the next $3,300/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to DelBene for Congress and will be considered designated for the General election of 2026; the next $5,000/$5,000 will be allocated to Democratic Majority Fund. The last $289,100/$105,000 will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $41,300/$15,000 to the general fund; and the next $247,800/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion.
A contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. The allocation formula may also change according to an increase in the contribution limits by the Federal Election Commission.
Contributions or gifts to DelBene Democratic Majority Fund are not tax deductible.
