Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
Contributions to Canepa for Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder 2026 are not tax-deductible. Each individual over the age of 18, labor unions, corporations, other business entities and PACs may contribute a maximum of $2,000 ($1,000 for the 2026 general election and $1,000 for the runoff election, if needed). Contributions in the name of another or by foreign nationals not admitted to permanent resident status are prohibited. This is not a solicitation of county employees.
