I grew up working class, but like many in NE-02, we needed a helping hand to make ends meet. Programs like Medicaid were the only reason I could get my college degree and take care of my son. Today’s Washington insiders have forgotten what it’s like to rely on that support—they’re cutting vital programs just to give billionaires a tax break. That’s unacceptable.
Instead of fighting for the people who need help most, politicians in D.C. are letting Trump decide when to go to war, how to raise tariffs, and even ignore their own budgets.
I will hold them accountable—because I have walked in your shoes.
