Contributions to Cooper Ossoff Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $14,000/$20,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between Cooper for North Carolina and Jon Ossoff for Senate (each a “candidate”). The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person's/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 will be designated to the general election. However, if a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, the first $3,500/$5,000 will be allocated for use in the candidate’s general election. Any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution for Cooper for North Carolina will be allocated to the North Carolina Democratic Party - Federal and any of these funds that would result in an excessive contribution to Jon Ossoff for Senate will be allocated to the Georgia Federal Elections Committee. The next $20,000/$10,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between the North Carolina Democratic Party - Federal and the Georgia Federal Elections Committee. Any remaining funds up to $3,500/$5,000 from a person/multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Jon Ossoff for Senate and designated to the runoff election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting cooper@capcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
