To become a member of RCYD, you must:
(1) be registered Democrat or will register as soon as you are eligible
(2) be between the ages of 14-35
(3) reside, work or vote within the boundaries of Riverside County or an adjoining county
Yearly Dues for Membership:
- Student: $10
- Young Professionals: $20
- Alumni/36+ y.o.: $40
- Lifetime Membership: $80

In order to vote in RCYD chapter elections and/or candidate endorsements, you must: 1) Be dues-paying RCYD member, 2) Have attended at least one (1) RCYD meeting prior to voting. No exceptions will be made.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
