The New York State Public Campaign Finance Board will match in-district donations between $5 and $250 up to 12-to-1. In order to ensure that we can qualify your contribution for matching funds, please double check that your residential address is accurate prior to completing your donation, and note the difference between residential and employer addresses in ActBlue.

- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I certify that this contribution is being made from my own personal funds, is not being reimbursed in any manner, and is not being made as a loan to the committee.
- The address I have provided is my residential address and not a P.O. Box.
