I believe in a fair and compassionate society, one whose laws ensure dignity, equity, and opportunity for all people– particularly the most vulnerable among us. It is this belief that has fueled my work in Maryland State Legislature, particularly in the Judiciary Committee– whether that be judicial reform in cases involving juvenile offenders, ensuring our homeless neighbors have access to essential resources, or increasing institutional support for survivors of sexual assault.

Although I am incredibly proud of all that we accomplished this session, there is still much work to be done– work made possible by the engagement and generosity of our community. I am truly grateful for your support as we work together to build a more judicious and equitable world.
