ABOUT CHRIS:

Chris Justin is a licensed professional engineer, small business owner, and energy policy expert running for Louisiana Public Service Commission, District 1 as an Independent (No Party) candidate.


With more than 15 years of experience in engineering and regulatory policy, Chris has worked to make energy systems more efficient, accountable, and cost-effective.


As an Energy Policy Consultant with Emergent Grid Solutions, he advised the Louisiana Public Service Commission on reducing electricity costs for ratepayers through stronger energy efficiency programs, improved cost-effectiveness standards, and stricter oversight of utility spending. 


He worked to eliminate waste, including the roughly $12.8 million Louisiana ratepayers spend annually on utility “ghost charges,” always focused on protecting the hard-earned dollars of families and small businesses.
