As a candidate for city council, I am deeply rooted in the values of service, equity, and community empowerment. My journey has always been about creating spaces where people can thrive, whether through my work in violence prevention, addressing racial equity, or ensuring access to essential resources like food and housing.
I am running for city council because I believe in the power of collective action and the responsibility of leadership to advocate for those often unheard. Too many of our neighbors are navigating crises—be it housing instability, community violence, mental health challenges, or the devastating impacts of overdoses—without the necessary support or resources.
I’ve spent my career addressing these systemic issues, and I want to bring that same energy, innovation, and accountability to city government.
