Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Champions PAC will be allocated as follows:
The fi rst $3,500 of an individual’s contribution shall be allocated to Emilia Sykes for Congress for the primary election (as applicable); ○ the next $3,500 shall be allocated to Emilia Sykes for Congress for the general election; and ○ the next $5,000 shall be allocated to We Belong Here FED PAC. Any remaining funds or amounts exceeding these limits will be returned to the donor unless otherwise reallocated according to the participants' written agreement.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting theodore@frostgroupdc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
