Step Up with Caroline Avinger for House District 24

I’m running for South Carolina House District 24 because our community deserves leadership that listens and puts people first.

I grew up in Sumter and have lived in Greenville for more than twenty-five years. It’s where my husband and I raised our two daughters and the community we’re proud to call home.

I began my career as a public school teacher after graduating from Davidson College and earning my M.Ed. from Converse University. I taught in Georgetown County and Spartanburg County District 4 and was honored as Reading Teacher of the Year at both the school and county level.

Today I’m a small business owner working with organizations across South Carolina and the country to strengthen leadership and professional standards.

After more than twenty years of the same representation, District 24 deserves leadership that listens and responds. That’s why I’m running.

If you believe our community deserves that kind of leadership, I’d be honored to have your support.
