2) Supports the grassroots leaders doing deep organizing in key states -- the trusted messengers to move millions of voters to the polls.
3) Delivers creative, inspirational and persuasive content to voters of all races with a vision of a functional, thriving, and diverse American democracy.

Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Way to Lead State Power Committee will be allocated as follows:
Contributions from individuals will be allocated as follows: the first $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to the federal contribution account of Way to Lead, up to the applicable contribution limit. Any amount exceeding this limit will be allocated to Way to Lead’s administrative account, used solely for operating expenses and not for contributions.
Thereafter, up to the applicable state contribution limit will be allocated to Way to Lead North Carolina. Any remaining funds will be allocated among Way to Lead Arizona, Way to Lead Nevada, Way to Lead Georgia, and Way to Lead Texas, subject to each state’s individual contribution limits.
Any portion of a contribution that exceeds applicable limits for all listed committees will be allocated to the administrative account of Way to Lead or refunded in accordance with applicable.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting jorge@tmwcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
