Ly Xīnzhèn Zhǎngsūn Brown is a Baltimore County resident with nearly 20 years of experience as a community organizer and disability advocate. They have worked as an adjunct professor, special education lawyer, nonprofit leader, and disability and tech policy expert. Ly Xīnzhèn's work has brought them to schools, prisons, and libraries as well as the highest halls of government. They are an outspoken advocate for justice and equity for all, committed to developing public policy that works for everyone, is accountable to the most impacted communities, and reflects solidarity with communities under attack.
