Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Blunt Rochester Alsobrooks Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $7,000 will be allocated evenly between Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (primary election) and Alsobrooks for Senate (primary election). The next $10,000 will be allocated evenly between I Got Your Back PAC and AlsoPAC. The next $7,000 will be allocated evenly between Lisa Blunt Rochester for Senate (general election) and Alsobrooks for Senate (general election). Any federal multicandidate PAC contribution shall be distributed to the Participants in the following order, up to the maximum allowed under FECA. The first $10,000 will be allocated evenly between Blunt Rochester for Senate (primary election) and Alsobrooks for Senate (primary election). The next $10,000 will be allocated evenly between I Got Your Back PAC and AlsoPAC. The next $10,000 will be allocated evenly between Blunt Rochester for Senate (general election) and Alsobrooks for Senate (general election).
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
