Audrey Vasquez Martinez is a proud San Antonio native, law enforcement wife, and mother of three, deeply rooted in her south side upbringing and inspired by her grandparents’ legacy of community service and advocacy. A first-generation college graduate, Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree from UT Austin and her law degree from St. Mary’s University, where she distinguished herself as a student attorney and author honored for her work on equal pay. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2018, she has served as a dedicated prosecutor in Bexar, Karnes, and Atascosa counties, handling cases ranging from juvenile justice to serious felonies and crimes against children. Her passion for justice is matched by her civic pride—having participated in Fiesta parades since infancy and continuing her family’s contributions to the city’s cultural fabric. Outside the courtroom, Audrey is an avid runner with two marathons and seven half-marathons under her belt, and she finds joy coaching her daughter’s CYO teams and sharing her love of running with her children.
