Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Article one Victory will be allocated as follows:
The first $70,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $100,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be split evenly between Kristen for Michigan, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Suozzi for Congress, Liccardo for Congress, Jake Auchincloss for Congress, Susie Lee for Congress, Dan Goldman for New York, Angie Craig for Minnesota, Chris Pappas for Senate, and Don Davis for NC (each a “Committee”). An individual/PAC may contribute a maximum of $3,500/$5,000 to each Committee for the primary and general election. The next $310,100/$105,000 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DCCC (with the first $44,300/$15,000 designated for the general account, the next $132,900/$45,000 designated for the recount/legal defense fund, and the final $132,900/$45,000 designated for the headquarters account). The next $310,100/$105,000 from a person/PAC will be allocated to the DSCC (with the first $44,300/$15,000 designated for the general account, the next $132,900/$45,000 designated for the recount/legal defense fund, and the final $132,900/$45,000 designated for the headquarters account). The next $5,000 will be allocated to Article One PAC’s Contribution Account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting mrichter@premier-compliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
