We Can't Stop Now. Our Children's Lives Are At Stake.

Did you know guns are the number one killers of children in our state? Yes! More children die at the hands of guns than any other means in our state. That is nothing to be proud of. Every child that has died at the hands of a gun, had people who cared about them.

One thing you know about me, I will always give you the uncut version of our truths. Let me put it plainly, we are paying for poor leadership with the lives of our children, relatives and fellow Tennesseans. The policies and lack of leadership in Tennessee has led to record losses of lives and losses of livelihoods. Tennessee is one of the most dangerous states in the country to live in.

My biggest constituent complaint is public safety. While we fight for strong policies to protect families like yours, we fight just as hard to stop reckless and senseless policies such as that of allowing kids to openly carry assault rifles on our public streets. Its tragic!

But we can't just sit back and accept this reality. We have to take action and demand change. That's why I'm reaching out to you today. As a concerned citizen and advocate for safer communities, I am urging you to join me in the fight for common sense gun reform.

We must push for stricter background checks, closing loopholes that allow dangerous individuals easy access to firearms, and investing in mental health resources for those who need it. These are simple steps that can save lives and make our state a safer place for all.

But we cannot do it alone. We need every voice to be heard, including yours. Together, we can demand accountability from our leaders and work towards creating a safer future for our children.
